First of all, let me introduce myself for those who do not know me....yet. ;) 

My name is Andrew Restivo and I have been a real estate agent since 2004. I was born and raised here in the Greater New Orleans area for most of my life. However, I moved out of New Orleans when I was 14 and moved to the beautiful state of Utah with my parents. I recieved my under-graduate degree in Finance from Southern Utah University (SUU) and first became a real estate agent in 2004 in St. George, Utah which is about an hour and a half outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. St. George was deemed the "hottest" real estate market in the U.S. for the most part of 2005, so I was lucky to be part of it.

I graduated from SUU in May of 2006 and finally moved back to New Orleans in June of 2006 to help my family and my home city in the Post-Katrina aftermath. I decided to continue real estate in New Orleans as I enjoy it thoroughly. I was lucky enough to not be in Louisiana at the time of Katrina (as I was still at SUU), but my Dad, Sister, and Grandparents were, so helping them get back on their feet was enough incentive to come back home. Now that I am back, I don't think I will ever leave again as there is no better city in the country!

I have a wife of 8 years and a son thats now 6 and am happy to finally be back in my hometown of New Orleans.
